How to apply T test and ANOVA to Delta Delta Ct fold change results?

Hi there,

I am aware that there are lots of questions about applying t test to qPCR results. But I need a clear answer. I have my Delta Delta Ct fold change results as in the supplementary file. I would like to test the statistical significance. How can I apply t test or/and ANOVA to those results? I have XLstat.

SOLVED!

I used XLstat ANOVA with Duncan post-hoc. The software needs technical replicates. So I entered min., max. and means as replicates since two delta Ct gives only one fold change.
