Steady Duct cover over the city . Why ??

Surat city (India) is covered by steady suspended dust particles since last 24 hrs.There is no significance wind /storm .Why such event is occurring?

THIS IS ALL BECAUSE OF INCREASING POLLUTION IN THE ABSENCE OF WINDS.
