Hi all,

I am comparing three different treatments (Control, Other, X) with unequal sample sizes (unfortunate reality in working in the real-world). I have the following:

X n = 11

Control = 5

Other = 4

I have a behavior budget consisting of 12 behaviors for each sample. In other words I have attached an excel sheet with an example of the data I'm using (not the actual data). I am really struggling to find a statistical test that is relevant. In theory, I could run a chi-square test - but I have quite a few zeros, so I can't. I then thought of a Fisher's Exact but I have WELL over a 2x2 table so that doesn't seem to want to work in R or JMP. I was thinking maybe a Wilcoxon signed rank test - but I have the differentiating sample sizes per treatment. ANY help that you could provide would be absolutely fantastic. I seem to be stuck in a loop of statistical pain!
