If all the mediation outputs indicate no mediation, try to identify Scopus-indexed journal articles in your field that report similar findings. Hello Catherine Mendoza Diño , understanding what you have described briefly, I would suggest that you should complete your qualitative analysis first then check if the quantitative results that you initially received matched (even partially) with the qualitative one. As you mentioned you didn't expect the output you received. In such case, check the literature again for both mediation and no mediation relationship. You may also want to check your indicators for variables, some may represent same concept which may lead to a no mediation relationship. Moreover, if the representative sample (respondents) do not understand the questionnaire, or if the wording are in negative and you do not recode it before running the analysis, the output will not be expected. You may please look into the aforementioned issues. Even if there is a partial or low mediation, still it is a mediation, you can back this up with literature as well. Sometimes when the industry context is different than the previously carried out research, you may see different results. Check for these issues first and revisit the literature.
