can we use standardized estimates for the interpretation of the results of regression analysis, even if all the indepedent variabes have same measurement scale?
in my regression analysis, though, the unit of measurment is same for all the indepedent variabes, i got difference in the values of estimates and standardized estimates.

The answer to your question is Yes we can use standardized estimates for the interpretation of coefficient estimates even in case we have the same measurement scales for all variables. The standardized and unstandardized coefficient estimates are always different in magnitude. The standardized coefficients refer to how many standard deviations a dependent variable will change, per standard deviation increase in the predictor variable. However, the unstandardized coefficient is interpreted differently.
