Staining of Caco cells with probiotic after adhesion test?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for ways to visualize the adherence of probiotic strains to Caco-2 cells without an inverted microscope. Does anyone have suggestions for methods to detach the cells with adhered bacteria, stain them, and then observe under a standard microscope? Thanks!
