I haven’t yet used any of the spoligotyping kits for mycobacteria from Ocimum Biosolutions yet. Can anybody comment on their quality?
the first times i used the membrane, i observed that the hybridization at some points was weak but after 5-6 uses, it worked perfectly.
This week i´m going to receive a new membrane i hope it works well from the begining.
3 years ago i was working with ISOGEN´s membranes it worked excellent, it´s a shame that they stopped its production.
Dear it was very good , go head with that ocimum biosolution kit
