I ordered twice some differents spacer and I made three diiferents spoligotyping membrane, but these spacer do not hang on the membrane. Any idea ?
I suspect that the 5' amino-linker is absent. And I don't know if it's possible, but I would make a polyacrylamide gel for check this. Is there a protocol to do this : separate the amino-linker _oligo (single strand), make a polyacrilamide gel, revelation.

So, I do think there's a problem in this membrane and you will need to repeat this experiment. The spacers 4, 12, 21, 24, 30, 34 and 38 are not good. Sometimes it happens. This membrane doesn't work. =( Bye! Bye!

Repeat with other membranes.. ;)
I saw some spacers that don't work. You should repeat your experiment or check your miniblotter. You can check all of possibility of your result by changing the 0 or 1 for each doubtful spacer.
