I am interested in studying potentially important SNPs on covid-19 diagnosed patients genomes. Apart from https://www.covid19hg.org/ do you know other sources (preferably open-source) for (human) host genomes/mutations?
The peer review is complete, and all the proteomics and metabolomics data referenced in the manuscript and supplementary material can be accessed in the Proteome XChange Consortium database https://www.iprox.org/ Project ID: IPX0002106000
Thank you all so much for the responses. Unfortunately, it seems that gisaid, nextstrain and genome.ucsc don't cover human genomes, but viral genomes. Nonetheless, genome.ucsc offers some interesting info on gene expression. Ross Henderson, I will definitely check out your recommendation!
