The error is caused by the proken pipe in the database building step. Thus there was no taxo.k2d file created.
And if this file is not created in first place, all the processes using this variable will not be executed. Try to reformat your database.

What do you mean with try reformat my database? I deleted the database and run the same pipe several times without not success...
I think that during the download of the taxonomy, one of the essential files are not created but I do not know how to modify that...Do you know how to do it?
