I need your help.
I am looking for a database of antibody amino acid sequences for later simulation in a program in order to analyze their structure.
The antibodies I need to test are:
Anti-Chlamydia trachomatis
Anti-Escherichia coli O157
Anti-Streptococcus
I was looking for in many page like Protein Data Bank, Uniprot, etc. but I did not find nothing usefull.

Hi Jorge Ontiveros you may try PyMol, an open source molecular visualization system created by Warren Lyford DeLano. It was commercialized initially by DeLano Scientific LLC
There are many antibody databases, the most SabDab, which has a high content on structure. There are similar databses (similar spelling) although they don´t have the strong emphasis on structure. "VAD" is another well-known database. Labome is another database. More databases:
