I’ve encountered an issue regarding my paper’s DOI. It appears that someone else has incorrectly associated my DOI with their publication on ResearchGate. As a result, when I attempt to link this DOI to my own paper, I receive an error stating that the DOI already exists on another paper.

Could you please assist me in claiming this DOI for my publication and removing it from the incorrect listing?
This DOI is indicated in https://www.researchgate.net/publication/390521301 (see the DOI at the bottom of the paper's first page), and you are listed as one of the authors of this paper, although not in the PDF file. However, the title and the PDF differ considerably from the version in the journal's web site. It seems that https://www.researchgate.net/publication/390704469 in your profile is the same paper, but with the correct title and the correct list of authors. I recommend to claim authorship of https://www.researchgate.net/publication/390521301 to add it to your profile, then correct the title and replace the file. The problem is that there are two papers with the same DOI assigned by the journal:

One of the options is that the journal (most likely their editing department, made a mess out of this. I noticed that the papers are different but the acceptance date etc. are the same (and the acknowledgment section is the same). I do not fully trust the affiliation info in the other paper (for example the affiliation info of author Israt Jahan is most likely wrong).
Perhaps your co-author Abdullah Al Masum can resolve this mystery since he authored both: are there indeed two papers? The other paper cannot be found in the journal, is it real? Is it lost in the journal management or is it a fake paper?
If he confirms the paper is real than the journal behind the papers should correct the info. Only then you can restore the correct info here on RG.
