Hi, I'm new here in lcmodel with 1H spectrum. When I'm running lcmodel with burker .fid file, something troublesome happens. The preview spectra is ok and similar with the look in Topspin, but it looks so strange after I click the run lcmodel. Here is the results what I get in lcmdel.
Could anyone help me? Thanks.
Sorry, I can't post the picture. The fitting spectrum in the results is like real or imagnary signal, not the absolute.
Hi, The topspin view of spectra is referenced to water peak. however when you carry out the LC analysis it asks for additional suppressed reference file after which it correct the water reference and default view in in range of 0.2pp to 4ppm which is where you have major metabolites.
you must have done the same. which lead to 2 scenario
1. if you increase the ppm you will have similar preview as one in topspin.
2. the license code must note have been entered in the configuration file parameter which may be resulting in the view error.
speculating the 2nd one is the issue since you have not provided any image.
