Dear colleagues,

I asked my team (who goes on vacation and returns in January), to create a section related to questionable conferences. This will include companies that are not publishers but have similar practices in the conference organization sector.

Feel free to submit your proposals here:

https://www.professeur-alexandre-georges.info/contact

Following the indications here:

https://www.professeur-alexandre-georges.info/dolos-list

And more precisely here:

https://www.professeur-alexandre-georges.info/operation

They will be treated at the beginning of January.

Moreover, even if they are not very quick to react, my team has already had feedback from the European authorities. Complaints will be lodged with certain DGs of the European Commission.

But that's not surprising.

The only things I regret are the slow investigation of journalists who have expressed interest in this sector and the lack of concrete action by legitimate publishers.

I know that I do not react too much on ResearchGate, but the procedures launched with the European institutions are expensive in time and in a cheerfulness. I also have my own business to manage. But the Dolos list continues to work.

Best regards,

Alexandre.
