Preprint papers and publications allow researchers to share their findings to the research community to get critiques, comments that will help improve the quality of the paper before submitting for peered-review in a Journal. A good number of peered-reviewed Journals sometimes decline to peer-review papers which had been posted as Preprint. What happens if Preprints are not peered reviewed, would they continue to be useful and citable in the research community?
