The issue is I am able to solve the equations but the output waveforms are not as expected. So mostly I think it is issue with boundary conditions. I feel the boundary conditions I have considered are correct but doubting the output. I feel I have missed some of the boundary condition.

Hello Sir, I have used values even smaller than Debye length between grid points. Still the waveforms are not coming out in the desired format.
Poisson's equation doesn't have waves as solutions, so it's not useful to talk about waveforms. To test the solution it's mandatory that the constraints are satisfied within the precision of the numerical method used for obtaining the solution. Of course the numerical method must satisfy standard stability conditions.
