Could anyone give me a reference or a list of critical particle sizes for spherical cobalt, nickel, zinc, copper, manganese ferrite nanoparticles under which they are superparamagnetic?
This is a very unpleasant Question because many times the critical size is dependent on many factors ... for magnetite it is about 20nm, with the same observation.
Could you tell me the factors? I would like to know. I guess i have forgot to mention the temperature. If all the samples are single phase metal ferrites and perfectly spherical in shape with absolutely no crystal defects at 300K, what would their SPM critical size be?
