Hi guys, let's said my solar panel is facing the sun but now the weather is getting cloudy. My question is does the panel still gives a better result if the panel is facing to the sun position? Is it possible there's another position giving more solar radiation than facing the sun?

If your solar panel has 2-axis tracking then its possible with few sensors to track direction of radiation.

Light is simple enough to produce energy through cells even if the weather is not sunny but certainly the energy generated is low
I would like to comment on your second query. When it is cloudy environment there will not be much deference as diffused radiations are only available and managing orientation to any other possible direction is useless.

There are several climate factors in which effects on PV generation such as dust, rain, cloudy weather. The clouds prevent the sunlight to reaching the earth and the solar cell is a tool that converts the sunlight into electricity. therefor , there is no benefit from solar tracking system and there is no power generation from solar cell in the case you talking about
There are so-called "smart" trackers that use sensors to automatically detect the optimum position of the panel to maximize the output. The problem is that the sky regions that are brightest may move rapidly. Under cloudy conditions, the optimum tilt tends to be close to the horizontal.
