With advancement in Technology , There is huge pressure on Cities Administration from local residents for inclusion of State of the art smart city services but on the other hand they might be throwing the privacy at risk. Should City Administration accept all such kind of requests and facilitate them with modern smart gadgets or they should pay attention towards security and privacy?
Security is very important but I think it will not obstacle the use of smart government strategies because benefit from technology is very urgent theses days especially in communities which include a large number of high educated people, internet users and large number of populations in general.

Thank you for your Answer, but still my question is city government should be selective or they should keep on providing all services?
as far as educated people are concerned , its not always the case as societies are mixture of educated , semi educated and very less educated people.
so how to bridge the gap between them.
There is no definitive answer to this problem, because the digital technologies have provided great services but violated our privacy, I think giving up part of the privacy is a tax for the progress and services we enjoy
