Hello ResearchGate members I hope all are well. I am conducting a research project of 20 participants of interviews and questionnaires and I would like to know is data analysis software is required in your opinion an if you can please provide some suggestions.

20 interviews? The best software for analysis in that instance is your brain. If you are writing up the research in a formal setting, you may need to set up a thematic structure for each major question/topic and assign verbatims to each branch. If the approach is less formal, you can summarize areas of convergence and divergence.
Either way, you will want to inform your audience of the caveats relating to qual work and the criteria/means through which your subjects were obtained, just as you would have a study limitations section in a quant study.
