Between causes of occupational sinonasal cancers there could be previous expositions to wood and leather dusts, nickel, chromium, formaldehyde, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. What relationship could be there between these neoplasm and work in primary school teachers? We're thinking biological agents (carcinogens virus as Epstain-Barr virus) with high tropism for rhinopharyngeal area) or gypsum particles (local effect of water-soluble sulfates): what do you think about?

Add some HPV (Human Papilloma Viruses) to thst equation.
Those guys are well known for tropisme to mucosa and some off them have carcinogenic features.
On the otherhand, if HPV and sinonasal cancer have some linking causality... it may have repercussions for HPV vaccination of young girls. So I ll probably be way off ;-)

You can also consider UV radiation as long as primary school teachers have outdoors activities and it can indirectly be associated with increased mortality via immunosuppression and lower vit D levels.
