i have some crystal in my hand by slow evaporation using petri dish. is it necessary to recrystallize 3 times for getting the crystal structure? does the bond formation fully over at the first evaporation itself?

It is not necessary to do recrystallization 3 times. Only you need to examine the shape of the crystals under microscope, as well as to be sure that you have only one spot by tlc.

It is not necessary to three times recrystallisation. But as a same time you have more and more recrystallisation good transformation crystal you got.
