I am looking for development of a computer based simulation model in MATLAB using Contour line technique in order to draw an ISO cost contour line around the optimum location. Another question how to developed a mathematical model for lead time in term of delay in facility location problem?
And can we develop combine model for transportation cost and lead time in terms of delay?

the data i have are the number of locations, optimum location point in term of x and y coordinates, latitude, longitude and demand. Now how the data will be imported into MATLAB function. I have tried a lot on youtube, but i couldn't find it.
