Dear Sir. Concerning your issue about the TLC information about simple Oxazole. The Rf = 0.12 in 20% ethyl acetate / 80% hexanes as a developing solvent , silia gel as stationary phase. I think the following below link and the attached file may help you in your analysis:
How an oxazole will run on TLC will depend on the various groups attached to the oxazole ring. More polar groups will require more polar solvents. Most fo them will run in hexane/ethyl acetate. A modifier such as triethylamine may be needed
As oxazole itself is an aromatic ring, hexane/toluene may work well for simple compounds.
The question as I read it doesn't allow more than a general answer.
