Should we suspect hyperparathyroidism in a patient presenting an anal fissure?

I came across one consultation for anal fissure due to constipation. Patient was with ESRD, On investigations patient was having hypercalcemia due to hyperparathyroidism. Fissure healed with conservative measures. What should be further plan of management?
