i think that abuse is not good..fashion in diet is popular.but tradition is good for science.healthy diet is diversified but not supplements that are matter of disease in united states because of publicity. no addition but diversify.
All of nutrients should consumed based on RDA, and also phytosterol.
We agree about food guidance that conclude every nutrients have negative impact if consumed excessive or less. Food diversity is solution for better health...
