Hi everybody,

The aim of my study is to evalute the effects of chloroformic extract of Caulerpa filiformis in motility, vitality and dna fragmentation of human sperm. The big problem is that when I resuspend the extract in DMSO 0.5% or Tween 1% some of the extract remains in the beaker. For example, if I have 76 mg of extract (after the evaporation of chloroform) only these solvents can resuspend 12 mg. I do not use higher concentrations of DMSO o Tween because they affect significantly the motility and vitality of human sperm. Any recomendation?

Thanks
