Hi! I run my samples in qPCR and then I label them once the results are done (I prefer to spend time on that when I am going to analyse my results). Should I label before the qPCR machine? Does it matters? Thanks!
Hi Elena, I do not recomend labeling the sample tubes before reaction. Because some device like CFX96 determine the level of light from up. Your labels may be barrier for detection.
Multiwell plates are labelled 1 to12 on one side and A to H on other side if you notice. You can make a photocopy of old plate format on your notebook and write there. There is no need to write with ink.
