Ідея дуже цікава але вона стосується країн Євросоюзу. Наприклад для України де середня місячна оплата праці науковця 300-350 Євро це фантастичні гроші. але таких пропозицій на жаль нема.

Dear Bogdan, I know from other contributions of RG members with similar questions from today's Ukraine that a normal scientist can hardly live from the money he gets when he teaches at a university of his home country. In this respect, your comment is completely correct. However, I would like to remind you that in Europe after the First World War (and since 1929 beginning the Great Depression), with the great inflation, we had situations in which new money theories were developed, including the idea of free money by Silvio Gesell. If economic cycles run only at a low level and receive little stimulation, but the problem of corruption increases particularly strongly, it is likely that completely new economic ideas (with changes in the political field) will have to be introduced that will change something.

Однак проблема не тільки у виживанні якщо дивитися з позиції науковця-ми не можемо публікуватися в серйозних наукових журналах тому що ціни для нас не реальні. ми не можемо проводити високоефективні дослідження на застарілому обладнанні чи приймати участь в наукових конференціях де можна знайти однодумців і фінансування на впровадження ідей. Однак навіть в таких несприятливих умовах ми робимо дуже багато. Європа багато втрачає оскільки не хоче бачити того наукового потенціалу якому необхідна підтримка навіть обладнанням. Користь яку може принести науковий потенціал України для Європи набагато вищий ніж Ви можете уявити.

However, the problem is not only in survival if we look at the position of a scientist-we can not publish in serious scientific journals because prices for us are not real. we can not conduct high-performance research on obsolete equipment or participate in scientific conferences where you can find like-minded people and finance ideas. However, even under such adverse conditions, we do a lot. Europe loses a lot because it does not want to see that scientific potential, which needs support even for equipment. The benefit of Ukraine's scientific potential to Europe can be much higher than you can imagine.

Dear Bogan, Thank you for your answer again. I can understand quite well the difficult situation you have described for your scientific work. I know - something - the eventful fate of the city called Lemberg in German. I myself fled from the GDR (East Berlin) to the West in the 1950s, and at that time I was always amazed at the strange ideas - then - that existed in West Germany about Marxism, socialism and everyday life in "Eastern Bloc" countries. I experienced the German "reunification" - in Moscow - on television- because, coming from the Baltic states, I then gave a lecture on pre-school education at the Pedagogical Academy. When I was 14 years old in the GDR, I was a "youth top athlete" - in a sport in which the GDR was never particularly good. My daughter had studied Russian - I only had Russian for a few school years in the GDR - and she also had friends in Kiev before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Well, I know a little bit from my life story "East and West" (as it is called here). I can only hope that your work situation and the political situation of your country will improve and I wish you all the best. Hein
