At the moment, experiments of this kind are being carried out in Finland. But there is also an association in Germany that gives the chance to receive an unconditional basic income of 1000 Euro per month, for a period of one year. If the number of applicants is greater than the available capital of the authority, which is generated by donations, then between the applicants the lot must decide.
