Share your experience teaching EFL in classroom, what are the key components and issues will be?
I think that the biggest issues are 1) knowing what the marketplace expects from your students so that you can design classes that best meet their needs, and b) fostering beneficial integrative motivation so that students will WANT to achieve.
Often these things are accomplished with the assistance of technology. Here are my thoughts about that:
