I think that Lysozyme is the pathogenetically motivated medicine of choice for all groups of SARS-CoV-2 patients as described in my manuscript:

If you will use lysozyme in your medical practice, especially intravenous lysozyme infusions in SARS-CoV-2 patients - please, share your results as soon as possible in any form.
P.S. Lysozyme therapy should be closely monitored in terms of renal function and allergy to concrete Lysozyme used.

Innate immunity is an important mechanism by which non-specific immune cells respond to microbes, help to clear virus, bacterial, and fungal infection. A novel approach and is fast becoming an accepted mode of therapy, (Sohrabi, 2020) is to BOLSTER an innate responsible by using non-specific biochemicals such as Lysozyme or Bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG). These biochems stimulate enough general immunity (macrophages, neutrophils Natural Killer cells and monocytes) via different pathways which result in various cytokine production (Interleukine 8 and many others) that is extremely helpful in many infections. With the SARS COV2, this technology may help to decrease the severity of SARS COV2 if not become a viable protectant. So read this article , it is very interesting.

Lysozyme has a direct immunomodulatory effect, as well as inmunoprotective effect - acting pathogenetically motivated, as described in manuscript mentioned above.
So I really want to see results of lab experiments or clinical trials specifically in SARS-COV-2 infection case. I believe that Lysozyme is pathogenetically motivated medicine of choice in all group of SARS-COV-2 patients if used property with a solid concentrations with renal function and allergic status of the patient in mind. This substance is low to no toxic, had pretty fast metabolism and I think action of Lysozyme in case of SARS-COV-2 induced autoimmunity, as well as in a range of other autoimmune disease has a major therapeutic potential that can be compared with IVIG therapy but significantly lower on cost, mass available and easy to implement even in terms of prescription because it may be prescribed ad a prophylactic of secondary bacterial infection ad per original medicine description.
Effect of BCG in SARS-COV-2 is different, I will describe exact mechanisms of BCG and SARS-COV-2 relations in my next work in the next few weeks.
