Is anyone aware of any services that will lyophilize both a PCR mastermix and Taqman assays into a plate or 8 strip tubes? Looking to make my process a little more transportable and not reliant on freezing, etc...looking to be able to just have plates, DNA water and a simple DNA extraction process to complete SNP sequencing.

I guess it really depends on how much you have to process, some of these people are consultants who help develop methods and freeze drying receipies (which may be useful also) and the list runs up to those who will aseptically process many samples or a very large batch.
Depending on how much you have and how long you plan to produce samples for, then you may wish to invest in your own small system.
