I have collagen sample and I want to eliminate Nacl using sephadex g-25. I don't have a specific protocol to apply.

Do you mean you want to use Sephadex for gel filtration (rather than dialysis) to desalt your sample? There are 2 choices for desalting by gel filtration. You can prepare a regular gel filtration column equilibrated in the desired final buffer and pass your protein through it to exchange the buffer. Or, you can use one or more spin columns equilibrated with the final buffer. You can buy prepacked columns that can be used in either way.

For collagen which buffer is adequate to use it with sephadex: acetate buffer ,tris buffer or just distilled water
I'm not a collagen expert, but from what I have seen it is soluble in dilute acetic acid.
