I join my children in an institution which has good teachers, makes my children to do their work inspite of depending on parents and having a good play ground for them to play with facilities.

The academic background of the teaching institution is one of the factors for the students' achievements, but still needs the hard effort of the individual students and the follow up of their parents.

How I chose the institutions where I studied at was by looking at which schools had what I wanted (Integrative program, counseling, path to licensure, reasonable costs without having to go into debt).

For my undergrad I literally picked where I applied because I met someone one weekend who was going to school and invited all the young people to her house. When I didn't know what to do due to an injury (I had all the signatures for a full-ride athletic scholarship for a year, however I didn't fill right in accepting it as I was unable to perform for nine months) I remembered her saying "you should go there" and so I did.

The community college I attended I went to because they had the program I wanted to study.

For elementary, middle & high school I attended where my brothers went. While in secondary education I did switch schools once when my classmates with lower grades where placed in higher education levels (European system) while I wasn't. Although many of my teachers didn't like me, my grades earned me my position, and I switched to a school where the legal standards in place would be upheld.

Selection of a good institution depends on each and every individual personalities. Depending on the affordability, good percentage and adaptability the student selects the right and best institute.

Good institute is one which has good faculty, good curriculum, large play ground, good facilities and an excellent library facilities. Hence, the selection is made on this criteria.

Selection of good institution depends on the student's or child's performance. Depending on the performance, one may select a proper institute. This depends on the ranking of institution and the place of it's location.

I believe almost all are good institutions. Institutions are established based on the quality and standard of students and their calibre. Hence, if children study well, they are put in top institutions, if not, they are put in medium or low level institutions.

Choosing a good institution of study depends on the quality of teaching.

I think all institutes are good. Selection of institute depends on type of course work, scholarships, facilities, distance and basically depends on the calibre of student to fit into it. The institutes follow norms and are approved by well defined organizations

Depending on the children studies and progress, one can select a good institution for them. The selection also depends on the interest of the children. If the children are capable of working hard, a high level institution is selected. Ultimately, whatever be the institute, the child should work hard to become successful.

This would depend on the student's interests to begin with. Some universities are excellent in science and engineering while others excel in other fields such as medicine, law or the fine arts. Also it would depend on whether the student is just interested in getting a degree and then start working to earn money or if the student has further research interests. This may not be obvious to a young person but it is a good idea to ask these questions before deciding on choice of the institution. Some others also look at geographical location, the safety of the city, the climate and other factors unrelated to the academics aspects per se.
