Following an unexpected break in my studies, I am again seeking participants for my doctoral study on the principles of a strengths-based organization. This is a grounded theory study and will feature one, possibly two, semi-structured interviews, live or online. Specifically, I am looking for people who meet the following criteria:

  • In a formal leadership role for at least two years (i.e. have at least two employees reporting directly to them).
  • Have used or are using strengths-based approaches and practices in at least one of those formal leadership roles.

I'm not filtering based on them, just want to be sure that they are strengths-based, given the confusion around the term that exists in the literature.I am based in Canada, but can interview participants by Zoom, or Skype if needed, so location is not an issue.
