I am currently working on a project focused on quorum sensing and virulence gene regulation in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and related bacteria. I am seeking the following reporter strains for experimental assays:

• Chromobacterium violaceum CV026 (QS biosensor)
• Agrobacterium fabrum NTL4 (pZLR4) – lacZ reporter plasmid
• lacZ translational fusion strains (especially with promoters downstream of Pseudomonas virulence genes)
• Strains carrying hlR::lacZ or phzM-lacZ fusions

If you are willing to share any of these strains or can guide me to a source, I would be sincerely grateful. I also warmly welcome research collaborations and am open to shared publications stemming from any mutual work related to this topic.
