I am a M.Phil Bioscience student who currently testing the antibacterial susceptibility test using plant extract toward S. mutans, a cariogenic bacteria that cause dental caries. I found out there is formation of sediment on the 96-well plate after performing broth microdilution test. This sedimentation hinders the light ray to pass through and interfere with microplate reading measurements. Can anyone suggest way to solve this problem?
