I would like to be in a scientific group though the RG family, do you think this idea is applicable??what are the advantages??do you prefer to be in a similar group in your specialization??what are your advice, notice,comments to get successful working group??
Most research papers have some kind of collaboration between researchers from different affiliations. It is always recommended to have a research groupmates so that each member knows his main role based on his expertise and works on it.
Successful working group is that has energetic and competitive members, complement each other, not one on the other.

It is possible for a scientific group though the RG family to be formed; however, I am not sure that the team works well. I think that the each member's responsibility to contribute to the research project matters.
