To my best knowledge, if you know how to conduct non-linear analysis for any kind of structure and have idea about considering soil-pile structural interaction - then providing certain displacement (or frequency data) from an earthquake.

there are lots of historical earthquake records that is preinstalled in sap2000 which is available for use.
