It is always pleasure for me to get useful information in researchgate.
Today I want to ask about the cell passages and states during cell works.
As you already know quite well, cells in specific culture dish or other culture tools are considered to be in same specific passage.
But i always recognize that even cells in same culture tools can't be handled in the totally same manners during cell works. It seems impossible for me to handle cells in the totally same manners even in the same culture tools so
I just consider they are just in the same passages during all cell works.
I am concerned whether even cells in the same culture tools
should be considered to be in different passages or in different states
due to the reason
I just described above.
I want to hear others' opinions about cell passages and cell works based on
my concern above.
