Trying to understand changes in public transit use following Covid-19, our categorical DV includes 5 values: 1 and 2 indicate that participants reduced their used (to a large & moderate extent respectively) 3- indicates no change, 4 and 5 indicate increase in public transit usage (to a moderate & large extent respectively). so, the values for the DV are [-2,-1,0,1,2] Is it possible to estimate -OLOGIT- models in the case that the DV spans from negative to positive values?

Is it qualifies as an ordered categorical variable, al all? Thanks a millions for any hint,
