Hello everybody,

I used cancer cells fixed with glutaraldehyde and i tested the coloration with ruthenium red at 0.01%

Results are a coloration of half of cells and a coloration of only the nucleus of cells and elements inside.

My question is what ruthenium red fixed on ? and why only the nucleus ?
