What is the difference between the goat and cow microbiota? To my understanding and readings; goats tend to have a strong microbiota, therefore they can synthesize more ADF & and NDF. Please share your thoughts with reference if possible.

My advice is that you have to look closer to the diet of the Goats that you are using to understand why certain microbial populations prevail and other faint in your specific environment. Nevertheless, I think you will find the rumen fascinating, as I do.
