Have you ever extracted RNA from liquor (cerebrospinal fluid) samples? Do you have a protocol to share? In the lab, we normally use the QIAGEN RNeasy kit. Do you think it will work?

Can you please specify the type of liquor you are wanting to extract from? Are you referring to black liquor from paper processing?

I don't know about the liquor but you can try TRIZOL method for extraction of RNA.
