How long I could preserve RNA afyer extraction in -20?

Hi Fatma,

It is not recommended to store RNA in -20 degree as they are not stable like DNA. DNA can be stored for years in -20 while you can store RNA at -70 to -80 degree for long time even more than a year without considering frequent freeze thawing.
