I recently performed nCounter miRNA Expression Assays which enable highly multiplexed, digital detection and counting of miRNAs, in a single reaction without amplification. This generated comprehensive miRNA profiles with greater sensitivity and reproducibility. The question in hand is what is the best way to analyze the data, I have analyzed the data using counts/miRNA after normalizing the values with negative controls and plotted the values from high to low counts/miRNA. You suggestions will be highly appreciated.
