Why RG added only 22 reference from 28 original list of references? Does any body know why?

The omitted references include one of my articles which will increase my citation.

Thank you Kay Smarsly. Your comment inspired me to search for the pattern. I found that the reference without [CrossRef] does not appear in the available reference list of RG.

Only 22 references from 28 have [CrossRef].

Now they are 15. However a refernce that identify by (CrossRef) still omitted:

another problem with paper titled "Effects of Cross-Section on Infiltration and Seepage in Permeable Stormwater Channels" it is cited but do not mentioned as cited paper in its page.

Kay Smarsly I have a similar problem: I uploaded a draft and can see 15 of 25 references. I tried to upload a different pdf revising the referencing format, but with no success. Am I doing something wrong? I'd like to know for future uploads too. Cheers!
