Is the reverify request from ResearchGate ("Click the button below…” to verify your affiliation with…) spam?

Or do ResearchGate and our institution have a connection problem?

I repeatedly get the reply “Your verification link expired” even within 5 minutes.

Does anyone else have this problem?
