I believe both respect and Innovation are principles and values. As there are principles and values in respect, there are also principles and values in innovation.
Respect and Innovation are principles, but not values?
Both can be principles & values depending on their context being used. E.g. respect & innovation are principles / ground rules that the company founder(s) are underpinning on i.e. respect & innovation are the means to achieve great success for the company etc.
Alternatively, respect & innovation can be values / aspired end results e.g. the company management is engaging external consultant to revamp the business processes & culture so that the company employees can promote a culture of respect & emphasis on innovation.
Respect is in many societies a socio-cultural value. Innovation/innovativeness is a value under the ideology of progress. But it is not like that many tradition-leaning societies would regard it as a value: they might even think of it as disruptive.
