The thought of feminism starts with advocacy of equal rights to both the gender, which can be good. But is also reflects that it demands: any demand creates problem in the society.
Previously, individuals had not entity. Families were independent units of productions. But at present corporates composed of individuals, are unit of productions.
Thank you for sharing question. I have say very sorry, I am quite poor in this matter and does not want to open the mouth. This is a controversial issues too. People of developed countries also seems talking about feminism. I have met some woman of developed country they does not like to talk in this matter.
Womanism and feminism movements are only controversial in societies and institutions that sits on the rights of women. I don't see the reason why certain key positions in some societies are gender-specific. All humans are equal and must be given fair grounds in all issues, including employment positions. Best regards
Persons like me trust on COMPLETE EQUALITY.
So, we hate any type of QUOTA system.
So, we are in favour of movement for equality for all people, not specially for a section of it.
But most of such sectional movement ( if not ALL!) do not actually want equality for all. They want some special facilities and special rights for their section only.
We are against any such movement.
Quota system works against development of a country, I trust it.
Because women are oppressed and their rights are exploited in most countries
nice question and i think it depends on activities of each beside accosted with other to get their goals.
In schools should not talked about till kids are at least 18 years old . We are given opportunities equally (or so I think at home and schools ) . I again hope we are in the best times where we need young people to bring out their talents and contribute . What a woman should do and should not do is left to her , why put ideas into their heads early on.
Womanhood is about celebration , we get to be daughters / sisters/Mothers/ Teachers / team players and we do know hoe to balance all of it provided we are appreciated at home !!!!

Feminism is a characteristic and Woman-ism is a power.
Feminism have an inclination for the human right especially for the women who are suffering due to their orthodox behavior but due to their up bringing they may not like to come our from their old thoughts . Feminism in such cases take a lead & also can become a champion for the such cause which in certain cases quite good opposition they have to face .

Feminism is offshoots of womanism. However, in my opinion, womanism is responsible for feminism. In my opinion, in almost all the cultures, woman is always a part of suppression of another woman. It's OK that patriarchy always tries to dominate but it's a woman who directly or indirectly Support this suppression.
In conclusion, those who believe in womanism as pointed out by Laszlo Kovacs are mostly against the feminism.
Feminism has a gender perspective and a discipline. Womanism is related to behavior diversity of women.
